OUR AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) are the terms which apply when you access the website www.ergosensecy.com (the “Website”) and/or place orders to purchase any of the products made available to you on the Website. Any reference to “we”/”us”/”our” in these Terms is a reference to Ergosense (trading as ergosensecy.com) and any reference to “you”/”your” means you, the user of the Website. By accessing this Website or when you place orders to purchase any of the products on the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. We recommend that you keep a copy of these Terms for future reference. These Terms are only available in the English language.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms including for legal, regulatory or security reasons at any time. PRIVACY

Ergosense respects its customers’ account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside affiliations or individuals.

PRICE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, JCB, Apple Pay, Discover, Diners Club International. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash or cheque payments.

If you have paid with your debit or credit card you will be charged once the order has been placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been transferred to the Warehouse and has been fully processed for dispatch.

We will not be held responsible for any charges and/or any interest added to credit cards after a purchase is made. Please take this into account before the purchase of goods and be aware that refunds can take up to 14 days from us receiving a returns parcel. We will not be liable for any charges/and or any interest added during this time.

FURTHER INFORMATION FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit card company. Customers outside Cyprus will also be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; therefore, you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.

DELIVERY

Purchased items will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the date the order was placed. Please allow up to 3-7 business days from the day of purchase for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your order after 3-7 business days, please notify us in writing at cc@ergosensecy.com.    

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although availability may be indicated on the Website, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, as they may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. You will be contacted immediately should any change be made.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date of expiry, if provided.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Under the Directive 2011/83/EU on consumers rights (the “Directive”) you have a right to withdraw/cancel your order for any reason within 14 days starting from the day on which you acquired physical possession of the items you have purchased. You will receive a full refund for the items you have purchased. If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to inform us in writing by sending an email to our customer care at cc@ergosensecy.com. It is important to clearly express in your email your desire to withdraw from the sale of goods contract with us. The details of order and the items purchased must also be indicated in the email. If you have received the items, you have purchased and wish to cancel your order, you will need to return the items to us.
