Returns Policy

If for any reason customers are not satisfied with an order, the purchased item(s) can be returned to Ergosense for store credit or refund within 14 days from the merchandise’s delivery date.

It is important to note that the returned item(s) must be returned no later than 14 days from the date they were delivered to the consumer. If the 14 days period has past, we cannot guarantee that Ergosense will accept the order for refund.

We strongly recommend that you return the item(s) within 7 days from receiving your order to ensure that it arrives at Ergosense within 14 days. Please contact customer care at cc@ergosensecy.com if you have any queries relating to this.

To arrange a return please contact our customer care service at cc@ergosensecy.com and let us know if you would like to exchange or return any item(s) from your order. Once the item(s) are properly packaged, you must arrange to drop it off at your nearest AKIS Express. Ensure your package is securely sealed before handing it to the courier. 

All items are thoroughly inspected on return and if found to comply with the returns policy, we will refund to your original payment method. Our aim is to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

International returns have 20 calendar days from the day they receive their order. Email us at cc@ergosensecy.com and let us know if you would like to exchange or return your order/items in your order. Next, package the items you wish to exchange/return. Attach the return shipping label provided to you to the package/box. Once the package is ready, you must arrange a pick-up. Ensure your package/box is securely sealed before handing it to the courier.

Please note that Ergosense accepts returns from the country where an order was originally shipped. Customs, duties, and other fees applied from countries outside the EU may be charged directly to the customer and not refundable when an item is returned.

Returned items must conform to our returns policy (the “Returns Policy”):

  • Items must be in the same condition in which they were received by the consumer, that means they should be undamaged and unused and in their original packaging.
  • Assistive equipment, especially for the kitchen and bathroom should be unused and in the same condition as they were delivered. 

Any returns that do not meet the conditions of our Returns Policy, will not be accepted.

We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.

Returned items will be refunded back to the payment method used. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. Delivery costs are not included in refunds. All goods are the responsibility of the sender until we receive them. We cannot refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or have been lost in transit.
